Holy moly - we're about done!

Starfish Transfer Day - aka Charlie's adoption - is November 17th, 2017!

{Which is when the courts celebrate National Adoption Day.}

And is a year to the day after Charlie's biological brother was adopted by our friends.

I am in the throes of planning a big ol' starfish-themed party for the 18th, which is only about a week and a half away.  I had, you know, an entire year to get things together, but... that just wouldn't be me.

I can't believe it.  We're almost done with this very long process.
