All middle kids hang out with their peers more than other birth orders. These peers are positive if the peer group is positive. They make good friends and are good at relationships. Typically they are the first to leave home. They often take on jobs like counselors, teachers, community work, etc.
Tips for parents -
- Encourage and praise social skills and family expression.
- Encourage positions of leadership.
- Watch peer groups - stop negative peer group associations.

okay i am a type b middle child. but i am an upper middle child. i wonder if lower middle children are type a's....cause i know one that could very well be a type a.
but i really am an only child, first and last born. and yes,i am adopted. i came with a dog and hair brush. and socks.
